


Azerbaijani, Ukrainian FMs discuss bilateral relations and regional situation

As part his official visit to Kyiv, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, together with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha, laid flowers at the Memorial site for the fallen defenders of Ukraine.
The Azerbaijani and Ukrainian FMs held a one-on-one meeting, which then followed by an expanded meeting with the participation of both delegations.
The sides discussed Azerbaijan-Ukraine relations, as well as regional and international security issues of mutual interest.
The ministers highlighted the importance of developing the existing allied relations between the two countries, based on mutual respect and consideration for each other’s national interests. They also reviewed the implementation status of high level agreements reached in this regard.
