“During the meeting with Ignazio Cassis, Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation, OSCE Chairman-in-Office, we discussed bilateral relations, Switzerland’s chairmanship priorities across organizations, the current state and prospects, as well as the Azerbaijan-Switzerland bilateral agenda, the post-conflict situation in the region, the Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process, and a number of other issues of mutual interest,” said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a joint press conference held with Ignazio Cassis, Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation, OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
“We are confident that the beneficial exchange of ideas and meetings will contribute significantly to future advancing the bilateral relations, as well as strengthening stability and security in the region,” the Azerbaijani FM added.
