Admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year remain open under the international dual-degree program jointly implemented by Baku Engineering University (BEU) and INHA University of the Republic of Korea.
The program, whose implementation has been extended through 2030 under President Ilham Aliyev's order on additional measures to enhance the international competitiveness of Azerbaijan's higher education system, contributes to training engineering specialists in line with international standards.
The curriculum follows a 3+1 model, with students studying for three years at BEU and one year at INHA University in the Republic of Korea. Upon graduation, students receive bachelor's degrees from both universities. Expenses related to the one-year study period in Korea are covered under the relevant state program.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, the program offers admission in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence Engineering), Data Analytics (Data Science), Information Technology, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. These disciplines are among the fastest-growing fields of modern technology, are in high demand in the labor market, and offer broad international career prospects.
The program's key advantages include an international learning environment, instruction in English, the opportunity to study at a leading South Korean university, the award of a dual degree, and enhanced competitiveness in the global labor market.
Admission is based on the results of the State Examination Center's undergraduate entrance examination and an internal examination administered by INHA University. Applicants are required to sit the internal examination in mathematics, physics and English.
Applications will be accepted until 11:55 p.m. on August 1, 2026. The internal examination is scheduled for August 4, and the results will be announced on August 6.
