Beijing, July 13, AZERTACThe Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and the Hebei Association for International Exchange of Personnel have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).The signing took place on the sidelines of ANAS President Academician Isa Habibbayli’s visit to China, during the meeting with Association’s President Qi Xiaoyan.During the meeting, Qi Xiaoyan briefed the ANAS delegation on the activities of the organization. Qi emphasized that the MoU would contribute to enhancing bilateral scientific ties.The ANAS president highlighted that the collaboration between the Azerbaijani and Chinese scientific institutions are steadily developing, expressing his confidence that the signed document would boost these relations.
