Azerbaijani weightlifter Kamran Khappayev (70kg) secured a bronze medal at the EWF European Youth and U15 Championships in Pristina, Kosovo.
He lifted 123 kg in the snatch event to claim the bronze medal of the tournament.
In the clean and jerk discipline, Khappayev lifted 145 kg, placing seventh.
With a combined total of 268 kg across both lifts, the Azerbaijani weightlifter concluded the European Championships in fifth place overall.
