The Azerbaijani art of mugham captivated audiences at the international festival in Târgu Lăpuș, Romania.
The festival brought together ensembles from Azerbaijan, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, and Albania.
The Azerbaijani musicians delivered remarkable performances, receiving enthusiastic applause from the audience.
In attendance were, Gudsi Osmanov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Romania, and Elchin Yusubov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts.
