Baku, August 14, AZERTAC Baku hosted an event on August 14 to mark Pakistan’s National Day.The event brought together members of the Pakistani diplomatic corps, media representatives, and students.During the event, messages from Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif were read out.In his remarks, Pakistani Ambassador to Azerbaijan Qasim Mohiuddin emphasized the historical significance of the occasion.According to the ambassador, Pakistan has made significant strides in promoting economic stability while also making important contributions to ensuring regional and global peace.Touching upon Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations, the ambassador expressed confidence in the further development of the existing fraternal ties between the two countries.Subsequently, Azerbaijani students delivered remarks in Urdu.
