President Ilham Aliyev’s Nakhchivan visit remains in global media spotlight

For the third consecutive day, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as his remarks during an interview with Azerbaijan Television, have remained among the central topics on the global media agenda.
A host of European media outlets, including Czechia’s CT24; Bulgaria’s Banker and 3E-News; Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Republika Srpska News Agency (SRNA) and Provjereno.info; Ukraine’s Fixygen.ua and Open4Business; and Greece’s ERT News and Oikonomikos Tachydromos (Ot.gr), cited the Azerbaijani President’s remarks on the country’s willingness to reach the European market with electricity.
Georgia’s 1TV.ge, Resonance Daily, Prime Time, Bizzone.info, as well as Sputnik Georgia, highlighted President Ilham Aliyev’s remarks on regional communications and energy ties, as well as the importance of the route passing through Georgia and Türkiye for Azerbaijan’s electricity supplies to Europe.
Iran’s Tasnim, Mashregh News, and Akharin Khabar agencies shared President Ilham Aliyev’s remarks on the Zangezur Corridor, as well as the railway passing through Iranian territory and connecting mainland Azerbaijan with Nakhchivan.
Russia’s Interfax, Kommersant, RIA Novosti, The Moscow Times, News.ru, RusCable, and Vestnik Kavkaza, along with a host of Middle Eastern media outlets, also published reports featuring remarks from the Azerbaijani President’s interview.
