Baku, June 25, AZERTAC “Azerbaijan’s hosting of the conference, along with the efforts of the parliaments of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states, played an important role in the successful organization of the event,” said Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC), at the 20th Session of the Conference of the Parliamentary Union of OIC Member States in Baku.He noted that the conference was held in Baku thanks to Azerbaijan’s successful hosting and excellent organization of numerous international events.“We express our gratitude for the favorable conditions created for holding the meetings, as well as for the attention and care shown to ensure the successful conduct of the conference and related events. This support has played a crucial role in the success of our activities,” the Secretary General emphasized.Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass also thanked President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan for their hospitality, warm attitude, and high regard for the conference participants.
