Its contribution and position in efforts aimed at ending the war are of utmost importance,” said Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha during a joint press conference held with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in Kyiv.Describing Azerbaijan and Ukraine as strategic partners, the minister stated: “Azerbaijani companies have consistently maintained an active presence in Ukraine, and we seek to further broaden this engagement. We have developed a package of proposals for our Azerbaijani partners. Ukraine is interested in diversifying its energy supply sources. From an energy security perspective, Azerbaijan holds strategic importance for the entire European continent, including Ukraine.
