He emphasized that devastating wars are exhausting populations and directly undermining global food security and energy supplies, making it absolutely necessary to reject all forms of conflict and warfare. He stressed that it is vital to utilize dialogue as the most optimal tool for resolving structural disagreements.
“Azerbaijan possesses exemplary experience in this field. The country's remarkable development indicators, alongside the study and sharing of its successful experience in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of its liberated territories, can make a significant contribution to building a more sustainable global economy,” the Secretary General underlined.
