Baku, August 19, AZERTAC The Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway project, submitted for the Europe and Central Asia Regional Excellence Awards, has been selected by the International Road Federation (IRF Global) as the winner in the Innovative Construction Methodology category.The 1C technical-category road, featuring four to six traffic lanes, includes seven tunnels, nine viaducts, 11 bridges, and 76 underpasses and reserve crossings. The total length of the tunnels exceeds 6.3 kilometers, while the longest tunnel is 3.34 kilometers long.
