Emin Jafarov, Head of the Competitions Department at the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), has been appointed by UEFA as a delegate for the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round match between Georgia's Iberia and Northern Ireland's Larne on August 11.
The match will be played at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi.
