Postage stamp issued in Russia on occasion of 100th anniversary of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev

An official ceremony was held in Moscow to cancel a postage stamp issued by the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The stamp was sealed by Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Igor Levitin, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation.
The postage stamp depicts the portrait of the National Leader against the background of the national flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In addition to the postage stamp, first-day covers were also issued with this theme.
