Shusha, October 28, AZERTAC The participants of the first meeting of the Audiovisual Media Regulators of member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) have signed the Declaration of Intent in Azerbaijan’s Shusha city.According to the declaration, in order to enhance the cooperation and dialogue among regulatory bodies, maintain exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience in the field of audiovisual broadcasting and its regulation, as well as create a format for discussion of issues related to audiovisual media, an appeal was made to the next meeting of OTS Ministers and High Officials in charge of Media and Information with a proposal to establish a forum of regulatory authorities for audiovisual media of member and observer countries (Turkic Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum - TBRAF).The participants will also visit a number of historical sites located in Shusha, as well as view progress of restoration and reconstruction work carried out in the city following its liberation.
