Fenerbahce advance to UEFA Europa League playoffs

Fenerbahce eliminated Slovacko of the Czech Republic on Thursday to advance to the UEFA Europa League playoffs, according to Anadolu Agency.
Neither team was able to break the deadlock in the first half of the second-leg clash but Fenerbahce opened the scoring with a classy long-range finish from forward Serdar Dursun in the 56th minute at Uherske Hradiste's City Stadium.
Two minutes later, Ondrej Sasinka leveled the match for Slovacko and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Turkish football club won 4-1 on aggregate.
They will face Austria Wien in the next stage.
