Azerbaijan begins implementation of project to increase competitiveness of key non-oil sectors

Azerbaijan has embarked on the implementation of a project aimed at increasing competitiveness of the country`s key non-oil sectors. Funded by the EU, the project is executed by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
“The government has put in place comprehensive support mechanisms for boosting the export potential of the non-oil and processing industry in Azerbaijan. The implementation of this project will give an impetus to the diversification of the economy in our country,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Niyazi Safarov.
