Magnitude 3 quake jolts Azerbaijani section of Caspian Sea

An earthquake measuring 3 on the Richter scale hit the Azerbaijani section of the Caspian Sea, 124km south-east of Nardaran.
The depth of the quake was 9 km, according to the Republican Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake was not felt.
