SOCAR: Six bodies recovered from the sea

“Bodies of six missing workers have been recovered from the sea,” said Balamirza Agharahimov, chief engineer at SOCAR`s Azneft company told a press conference.
“The bodies were recovered by helicopters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Two of them have already been identified. The other bodies were sent to Sabunchu forensic department. The bodies were found nearly 25km from the platform,” he said.
“Vessels are also involved in the search and rescue operation in the Caspian Sea,” Agharahimov added.
