Baku, March 5 (AzerTAc). The National Geographic magazine will be published in Azerbaijani. Azerbaijan`s Garant Holding has entered an agreement to publish an Azerbaijani edition of National Geographic, under licence from the National Geographic Society. Chairman & CEO of Garant Holding Anar Mammadov and Executive Vice President at National Geographic Society Terry Adamson attended the signing ceremony. National Geographic Azerbaijan will become the 40th local-language edition of National Geographic magazine, in addition to the English-language edition. The new edition will publish content from the English-language edition and will introduce local content of interest to the Azerbaijani reader. The first issue of National Geographic Azerbaijan is expected to be available on newsstands and by subscription in September 2014.
