Baku, February 21 (AzerTAc). Ambassador of Greece to Azerbaijan Dimitrios Tsoungas has visited the “Ambassadorial Hour” club at Baku Slavic University (BSU).
Rector Kamal Abdullayev highlighted achievements of the Modern Greek Language and Culture Center at the University.
The rector noted that students of the University translated poems of prominent Greek poet Constantine Cavafy into Azerbaijani, and works by Huseyn Javid into Greek language.
The diplomat spoke of cooperation between Baku Slavic University and Greek universities. Tsoungas noted more than 19 documents had been signed between the two countries.
The Ambassador also answered students` questions, and signed the guest book.
