Rector of Baku Skill Improvement and Retraining Institute visits Ukraine
Baku, January 25 (AzerTAc). Rector of Baku Skill Improvement and Retraining Institute Asaf Zamanov has visited Kyiv, Ukraine.
The visit took place at the invitation of Head of the Department of Education and Science of Kyiv Regional State Administration Natalia Klokar, and Rector of the University of Education Management Viktor Oleynik.
During the meeting, Rector Asaf Zamanov and Viktor Oleynik discussed prospects for development of the bilateral relations.
They also discussed organizational issues concerning the 3rd international “Innovation, quality of education and development” scientific conference to be held in Baku on June 11-13.
As part of the visit, an agreement on cooperation in the field of science and education was signed between Baku Skill Improvement and Retraining Institute and the Institute of Retraining and Further Training of teachers of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.
Under the document, the two institutions will organize joint training, scientific symposiums, conferences and workshops.
The agreement also envisages participation of teachers in the international projects.
Mr. Zamanov also met officials of Kyiv Regional State Administration to discuss prospects for cooperation in the field of science.
He met Director of Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of National Academy of Science of Ukraine Aleksandr Quiz.
The monograph of Asaf Zamanov has been presented to the libraries of Institute of Mechanics and Kyiv State University.
