Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture receives FAO representative
Baku, December 20 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture Heydar Asadov has met the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (UN FAO) sub-regional coordinator for Central Asia and representative for Azerbaijan Mustafa Sinaser.
The Azerbaijani minister stressed the role of the FAO projects in strengthening the food security and development of the agrarian sector in the country.
In turn Mustafa Sinaser said the FAO aid strategy on Azerbaijan meets the needs of the country`s agrarian sector. He told that the framework document will be presented to the ministry soon.
They also discussed support of FAO experts to the Azerbaijani government in various fields.
