President Ilham Aliyev, in particular, noted the importance of the Shamkirchai Water Reservoir and the “Norm” Cement Plant in Garadagh District commissioned last year. The “Norm” Cement Plant has production capacity of 2 million tons of cement per year. With the commissioning of this plant the country put an end to the dependence of importing.
