Mild quake hits Azerbaijani sector of Caspian Sea

A mild earthquake has hit the Azerbaijani section of the Caspian Sea, according to the Republican Seismological Service Center of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences. The earthquake was recorded at 05:53 local time. The magnitude of the earthquake was 3.0 on the Richter scale, while its depth was 46 km.
Tremors were not palpable.
