Zaza Vashakmadze: Georgia interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan in humanitarian and religious spheres

“Georgia is interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan in humanitarian and religious spheres,” the Head of State Agency for Religious Issues of Georgia Zaza Vashakmadze said.
She said that she had already stressed the importance of reciprocal visits between the Georgian and Azerbaijani delegations in her meetings in Turkey, Iran and Germany.
“We plan to visit Azerbaijan for learning the experience of the country in religion and social issues, and also exchange views. The Embassy of Georgia to Azerbaijan discusses the details of the visit with relevant agencies. I think that this visit will take place at the end of February."
