Baku, December 11 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture Ismet Abbasov has today met Saudi Arabian ambassador to the country Fahad Ibn Ali Al-Dousary to discuss prospect for cooperation between the two countries in the agrarian sphere. 
The Azeri Minister informed about the country`s achievements in the agrarian sphere, as well as government`s attention to this field.
Stressing Azerbaijan has beneficial investment opportunity Ismet Abbasov made some proposals on the development of cooperation in the agrarian field.
The meeting featured discussions on Saudi Arabian investments for creation of large-scale dairy farms in Azerbaijan.
The Saudi Arabian ambassador noted during his tenure he would spare no efforts to contribute to expanding agrarian cooperation between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia.
