Baku, April 10 (AzerTAc). Head of the Catholic Church in Baku Vladimir Fekete has said that a monument to Pope John Paul II will be erected near the Church.
He noted that the 10th anniversary of the late Pope`s visit to Baku would be celebrated this year.
“We will erect the late Pontiff`s monument to mark the occasion.”
“Guests from Vatican and European countries will participate in the unveiling ceremony to be held on May 27,” Fekete added.
