Baku, July 21 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture Ismat Abbasov has met with Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zsolt Chutora.
Abbasov noted bilateral agricultural relations are dynamically developing and his country “is interested in expansion of cooperation with Hungary.”
The Azerbaijani Minister stressed the agreement on agricultural cooperation between two countries signed in 2008 would further ties. He also noted food and commodity turnover between Azerbaijan and Hungary “are expanding year after year.”
Abbasov expressed his confidence that cooperation on phytosanitary and veterinary spheres between two countries will be also useful for both sides towards food security.
Speaking in the meeting, the Hungarian Ambassador said bilateral agricultural cooperation “will further develop”.
