The Gabala Gastronomy Summit will be held on October 31 at the Gabala Congress Center.
The summit serves as a continuation of the “Harvest Season in Gabala” initiative, bringing together restaurants, farmers, and tourism partners throughout the month of October.
Lionel Strub, Vice President for Europe of the “Disciples Escoffier International” organization, will participate as the keynote speaker in the program that has caught attention of international media.
Bringing together gastronomy experts and media representatives, the summit will create further opportunities to promote Gabala worldwide. The event will feature a forum, as well as three panel sessions.
Traditional dishes unique to Gabala will be showcased as part of the Gabala Culinary Collection.
