Baku, October 15, AZERTAC A delegation from Azerbaijan, led by Taleh Kazimov, Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), attended a meeting of the constituency group that includes Azerbaijan during the Annual Meetings of the World Bank (WB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).“During the meeting, Kazimov discussed the impact of global economic developments on Azerbaijan, efforts to strengthen financial stability, and initiatives to promote sustainable growth in the financial sector. He emphasized the role of long-standing cooperation with the WB and the IMF in building institutional capacity and strengthening the country’s economic resilience.“The meeting brought together government officials, central bank governors, and representatives of international financial institutions from member countries. Participants discussed macroeconomic conditions, development trends, and emerging challenges across the constituency, as well as the impact of global economic developments on national economies,” the CBA said on X.
