


Chair of Supreme Court of Georgia visits Azerbaijan’s Khankendi and Khojaly cities

A delegation led by Chair of the Supreme Court of Georgia Nino Kadagidze visited Azerbaijan’s Khankendi and Khojaly cities as part of its trip to Garabagh.
The delegation first toured the Khankendi Court Complex and the Victory Park located in the city.
The delegation was welcomed in Khankendi by Sabuhi Gahramanov, Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts. The delegation was briefed on the modern judicial infrastructure established at the Khankendi Court Complex, its operations, the organization of judicial proceedings, and the conditions created for judges.
The delegation then visited the Victory Park in Khankendi.
As part of the visit program, the Georgian delegation also visited the city of Khojaly. The delegation toured the Khojaly Memorial Complex and observed the ongoing restoration and reconstruction efforts, as well as the modern infrastructure developed in the city.
The visit of the delegation of the Supreme Court of Georgia to Garabagh demonstrates the importance of legal and judicial cooperation, mutual exchange of experience, and strengthening ties between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
