New York, September 24, AZERTAC A panel discussion on "From Baku to Belem and Türkiye: Sustaining Climate Cooperation in an Era of Global Fragmentation" was held in New York within the framework of the 37th High-Level Meeting of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.The discussions focused on the continuity of the climate agenda extending from Baku to Belem and Türkiye, the preservation of cooperation amid geopolitical fragmentation, adaptation, climate finance, regional cooperation, and energy security issues.Moderated by former Deputy Prime Minister of Georgia Eka Tkeshelashvili, the panel was attended by former President of Finland Tarja Halonen, former President of Serbia Boris Tadić, Director of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan Eldor Aripov, and other experts.During the panel, maintaining climate diplomacy throughout the process extending from Baku to Belem and Türkiye, as well as translating commitments into concrete projects and investments, was highlighted as a key priority.
