Baku, September 17, AZERTAC An agreement on institutional membership and cooperation has been signed between the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA) and Global Finance Association QRAFT (GFA QRAFT), an Australia-registered international nonprofit professional association.The agreement was signed by Abas Miskarli, Executive Director of AIA, and Marina Shchuklinova, President of GFA QRAFT.Under the agreement, AIA becomes an institutional member of GFA QRAFT under the “Association Partner” category. The collaboration encompasses the development of insurance and financial markets, the exchange of international knowledge and experience, education and research, as well as joint initiatives in actuarial modeling, risk management, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.The sides also intend to organize joint professional events and educational programs, conduct research and analytical projects, and expand the representation of the Azerbaijani insurance market on international platforms.Under the agreement, AIA gains the right to nominate an official representative to the International Council of GFA QRAFT and put forward relevant international projects and initiatives for the Azerbaijani insurance market.
