Baku, August 31, AZERTAC For the 2026–2027 academic year, ten Azerbaijani citizens have been granted the right to study in Latvia under the Intergovernmental Scholarship Program.Following the final decision by the Latvian side, the Azerbaijani scholarship recipients will be able to pursue studies at different levels at a number of Latvian higher education institutions, including Riga Stradiņš University, Riga Technical University, the University of Latvia, the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, the Transport and Telecommunication Institute, Turība University, and others.Azerbaijan ranks among the top five of the 22 countries benefiting from the Latvian Government’s scholarship program in terms of the number of scholarship recipients.
