Istanbul, August 27, AZERTAC Türkiye has decided to establish academic units of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) at Azerbaijan’s Garabagh University.The decision, signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was published in the country’s Official Gazette (Resmî Gazete) and has entered into force.According to the decision, academic units under the ITU Rectorate will operate in Azerbaijan as part of Garabagh University.
