Participants of Development Ambassadors Program, launched by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) initially in Azerbaijan, visited the “Turkish Martyrdom” monument erected in memory of the heroic Turkish soldiers who died in the battles for the liberation of Baku from the Bolshevik-Armenian Dashnak troops in 1918.
TIKA's Development Ambassadors Program serves to increase the knowledge and skills of young people in the fields of international cooperation, development projects and cultural relations, as well as to foster friendship and cooperation among countries.
