Baku, July 29 AZERTAC Azerpost LLC, a company under AZCON Holding, hosted a meeting with a delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Lu Mei to discuss prospects for expanding Azerbaijan-China cooperation in postal services, e-commerce, and logistics infrastructure.The sides also exchanged views on issuing a commemorative postage stamp to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2027.They further discussed opportunities for cooperation between Chinese e-commerce platforms and Azerpost, including the transportation, processing, and last-mile delivery of postal and commercial shipments.The meeting also featured proposals to identify Chinese companies manufacturing automated sorting systems and other advanced technological equipment to support the modernization of Azerpost's logistics infrastructure.Following the identification of potential partners, the sides expect to hold technical meetings and organize presentations on relevant technological solutions and equipment.
