


Copper concentrate production in Azerbaijan increases over 7-fold

In January–June of 2026, copper concentrate production in Azerbaijan increased by 7,642.5 tons—a 7.4-fold rise—reaching a total of 8,831.3 tons.
According to the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan, as of July 1, finished product inventories rose by 1,475.6 tons (a 10.4-fold increase) compared to the same period last year, reaching 1,632.1 tons.
For comparison, in January-June of 2025, copper concentrate production stood at 156.5 tons, while finished product reserves amounted to 1.188.8 tons.
