Baku, July 27, AZERTAC State budget revenues generated from Azerbaijan's non-oil and gas sector reached 10.981 billion manats in the first half of the year (January–June), accounting for 57.3% of total state budget collections. This represents a 5.4 percentage point increase in the non-oil sector's share compared to the corresponding period in 2025.Figures released by the Ministry of Finance indicate that non-oil fiscal receipts exceeded initial projections by 329.1 million manats (3.1%) and grew by 703.8 million manats (6.8%) year-on-year.Tax authorities generated the primary share of non-oil revenues during the six-month period, contributing 7.0645 billion manats, or 64.3% of the sector's total. Receipts collected through customs authorities accounted for 28.6% (3.1436 billion manats), while paid services provided by state-funded organizations yielded 3.2% (350.7 million manats). The remaining revenue composition included miscellaneous receipts at 3.6% (394 million manats) and income from the leasing of state property at 0.3% (28.2 million manats).
