Baku, July 24, AZERTAC During the first six months of the year (January–June), Azerbaijan produced 53,640.6 tons of salt, representing a 32.2% increase compared to the corresponding period last year.According to figures released by the State Statistics Committee, finished product inventories stored in industrial warehouses reached 36.8 tons as of July 1, reflecting a 28.7% rise year-on-year.For comparative context, national salt output stood at 40,573.9 tons during the same six-month timeframe in 2025, with finished inventory stocks totaling 28.6 tons.
