


Earthquake jolts Shamakhi district

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck Azerbaijan’s Shamakhi district on Friday, 15 kilometers north of the Pirgulu station, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told AZERTAC.
The quake occurred at a depth of 3 km.
The tremor was not felt.
