


Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan discuss developing cooperation in FEZ

The Trade Mission of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan in Uzbekistan visited the Tashkent Free Economic Zone in Angren, according to Kabar.
During the visit, a meeting was held with Galibzhan Eshmirzaev, Director of the Tashkent FEZ Directorate. The parties discussed the development of trade, economic, and investment cooperation, the expansion of industrial cooperation, and the creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of joint projects.
The Kyrgyz delegation was presented with the operating conditions in the free economic zone, government support measures for foreign investors, and current tax and customs benefits.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to develop cooperation, exchange experience in managing the free economic zone, promote joint investment projects, and strengthen business ties between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
