


Azerbaijan’s gastro-tourism potential showcased at international exhibition

Azerbaijan’s gastro-tourism potential has been presented as part of the Worldchefs Congress & Expo held in Newport, the UK.
Presentations highlighted Azerbaijan’s gastro-tourism potential and prospects, the promotion and preservation of national gastronomy as an element of intangible cultural heritage, and the role of the restaurant industry in this regard.
Organized by Worldchefs and held biennially since 1928, the event aims to bring together chefs and innovators from various fields around the world to explore developments in the culinary industry, while fostering professional cooperation among gastronomy representatives and specialists.
Azerbaijan is represented in the global Worldchefs network, which unites more than 100 chefs’ associations worldwide, by the Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association (ACSA).
