


Azerbaijan showcases tourism potential in Russia

Azerbaijan promoted its tourism offerings in Russia through a series of events organized by the Azerbaijan Tourism Board from March 16 to 18.
The events, held in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, were attended by 13 representatives of Azerbaijan’s tourism sector, including Shahdag Tourism Center and Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL).
Over 240 Russian tourism companies and media representatives participated in the meetings, where Azerbaijan was presented as an attractive year-round travel destination. Attendees received detailed information on the country’s health tourism, culinary experiences, cultural attractions, and business event offerings, along with B2B sessions.
Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Russia, Rahman Mustafayev, also took part in the Moscow event.
