


Azerbaijan joins Eurasian mountain tourism forum

The Eurasian Forum, featuring representatives from Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, has launched in Almaty to discuss the development of mountain tourism.
The events are held at the Oi-Qaragai and Shymbulak mountain resorts. The forum’s international format is aimed at developing professional dialogue, exchanging experience, and discussing topical issues within the tourism sector.
The participants discussed the formation and development of the Almaty mountain cluster, including infrastructure solutions, improving service quality, and ensuring safety across regional resorts. The collaboration aims to harmonize standards and enhance the attractiveness of Eurasian mountain destinations for international travelers.
