


Azerbaijan, Mexico explore tourism cooperation

On February 3, Fuad Naghiyev, Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Tourism Agency, met with Maria Victoria Romero Caballero, Mexican Ambassador to Azerbaijan, to discuss bilateral tourism relations.
The ambassador briefed Fuad Naghiyev on the organization of a familiarization tour to Mexico for representatives of Azerbaijani tourism industry.
The diplomat also invited the Chairman to attend the “Tianguis Turistico Mexico 2026”, one of the biggest and prestigious exhibition in Latin America, in Acapulco, on April 27-30.
Fuad Naghiyev expressed Azerbaijan’s readiness to organize familiarization tours to the country for leading Mexican bloggers and media representatives.
The meeting also addressed the opportunities for cooperation within the UN Tourism and other international organizations.
