


India fails in latest polar satellite launch vehicle mission

India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) mission on Monday faced an anomaly after launch, and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) later confirmed the launch was a failure, according to Xinhua.
It was the first liftoff since May 2025 for the PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle), a four-stage rocket that debuted in 1993.
