Baku, March 18, AZERTAC On March 17, between 17:25 and 21:45, Armenian armed forces units stationed in the Saybali settlement of the Garakilsa district, the Vagan settlement of the Chanbarak district, and the Istisu settlement of the Basarkechar district periodically opened fire on Azerbaijan Army positions using small arms, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
