Baku, March 17, AZERTAC The main pipelines transported over 6.048.7 million tons of oil in Azerbaijan in January-February 2025.According to the State Statistical Committee, BTC carried over 4.429.5 million tons of crude oil in January-February of the current year, making up 73.2 percent of total volume of oil transportation.During the period, oil produced in Azerbaijan accounted for 83.9 percent or 3.718 million tons of total volume shipped by the BTC pipeline, while 16.1 percent or 711.5 thousand tons of oil came from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
